With unlimited standard features, the RESCO twin reel ute mounted spot sprayer is built tough from combining experience and market leading componentry.

FRAME

The RESCO frame is designed and built robust using RHS frame. Folded 3mm steel ‘C’  section frame can be made to order. Both frames are sandblasted, primed and powder coated in a hammertone finish for durability. In-built forklift slippers are an optional extra on the "C" section frame for simple and safe removal from your ute. A solid lifting bar comes standard. 4 ‘bolt down’ points ensure that the spot sprayer is safely secured to your ute.

MOTOR, PUMP & COIL

Using market-leading componentry, our twin reel ute mounted spot sprayer is driven by the reliable and tough 'Kohler' 9.5HP Command PRO 7 CH395 electric start engine. Boasting an industry-standard 'Bertolini' PA530 54L/min 40 bar pump coupled with a 'Bertolini' ‘Sting’ 3 tap 40 bar controller pressure regulator. The Kohler engine comes standard with a 10amp charge coil for battery optimization. The control panel is located conveniently at the front of the spot sprayer enabling easy accessibility for the user.

12V battery and tachometer (total hour/job meter) are included

OPTIONAL:  9HP Honda motor GX270 – 7AMP charge coil electric start – (subject to availability)

TANK

The RESCO twin reel ute mounted spot sprayer uses a tough Australian-made UV 600L natural poly pin mounted low profile spray tank with 50micron filter with shut off. Plumbed and ready to use the 'Venturi quick fill' including 7 metre hose attached to a floating filter fills the tank in no time at all.

REELS & HOSES

The twin reels are mechanically retracting and made robust with a 316 stainless steel shaft. The efficient hose retraction is made possible by the Australian-made ‘Elsema’ remote which operates on 2 frequencies. This combination will pull you up the steepest of embankments with ease and makes spraying a breeze. Gone are the days of manually winding up the hose by hand.

 

HOSE & GUN

Filled with tough Australian-made chemical resistant ½” nylon ‘Red Eel’ hose, each reel can hold 100m/ 150m/ 200m of kink resistant hose.
Each reel is equipped with a heavy-duty Turbo 400 spray gun.

UTE FITTING

The RESCO twin reel ute mounted spot sprayer fits easily on a standard tray back ute. Extensively tried and tested through our ongoing contracting work enabling the spot sprayer to be refined and designed to be the best on the market for our farmers and contractors.
